Do you offer potion refills or exchanges?

Yes, we offer discounted refills on many of our potions. Additionally, unused and unopened potions can be exchanged within 14 days. Due to the magical nature of our products, opened potions cannot be returned or exchanged.

What should I do if a potion doesn’t work as expected?

While our potions are brewed with the finest ingredients and utmost care, magical effects can vary. If a potion doesn’t deliver the desired effect, please contact us within 7 days, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
